Hot & Sleepy Day....

Be a responsibility & independent mom is not easy. But there are more difficult to be a responsibility & independent mom with career and dreams. No matter how tough, it's still worth. Huhhh..What a tiring day? Woke up at 6am. Attended training at 9am - 5pm. Had 1 hour break for lunch. In this 1 hour, rushing to pick up my boys at 2 different places. Back home around 5.30pm. Prepared dinner, household chores....till 9pm. I am happy with my day because my knowledge gained,  i rushed to fetch my kids means i am capable of doing it myself and my physical strength still can support me......Thank you Lord for what You have putting in me....Amen !

Ooopss...How come today's bread red in colour? A question from my kids..Actually i add in a little 'Red Yeast Rice' into my bread today....Red Yeast Rice is a bright reddish purple fermented rice. It is used to colour  a wide variety of food products. It is also traditionally used in the production of several types of Chinese Wines, Japanese Sake, Korean Rice Wine, imparting a reddish colour to these wines. Although used mainly for its colour in cuisine, Red Yeast Rice imparts a subtle but pleasant taste to food. That's why it comes out a  loaf of
