All day long, we use words. We speak them, write them or perhaps even sign them in sign language. Words carry power. God is often warn us not to say something we might regret.  


Words can cause emotional wounds that take longer to heal than physical ones. On the other hand, words can strengthen someone to believe that they are valuable and capable. 


Lord, help me speak the right words so that You are pleased and Your will is done. Lord, I pray that my blog will always have nice n meaningful words to share. Amen!

Love Junk Food.....19-02-2011

I am a junk food lover. I like potato chip, or something fried. I like to eat junk food while watching movie. Means i have to eat junk food every night. This habit since i m 6 years old (i think). But i m happy that i have give up this habit on July last year after i made a prayer. Thank You God. I will still eat some when gather with family members. These are junk food that i have eaten on this Chinese New Year (2011)

It's very spongy but not sweet enough. Will add more sugar next time.

Beside mini sponge cake, i made wholemeal bread for breakfast too.

What a nice smell at my dining room....^^

Love Eating.....

Gosh...can't stop eating since Chinese New Year. Last night after a heavy dinner, still ate a thick slice of peanut butter toast & ABC (mixed beans & fruits with ice flakes) . This afternoon after having a plate of noodle with roast duck, directly went to another shop to had a thick toast with peanut butter & a big bowl of ABC again. Continuous 2 days eating the same extra food. Nearly one month no exercise cause of the bad weather. That's why weight still increasing. Helppppp.....
